Key Responsibilities
  • Insights (Customer, Market and Competition):
    • Support in analyzing the marketplace and translating it into market size and share trends, competitor information, and share trends.
    • Synthesize and develop analysis of the macro environment to facilitate strategic planning and opportunity quantification for new business development opportunities.
    • Help provide data analysis to assess competitive dynamics at the business unit level.
  • Others:
    • Organize and manage market information databases/repositories to track performance in target segments.
    • Support market analyses for business-specific/country-specific needs.
    • Leverage APAC frameworks to support business/country-specific initiatives.
    • Provide project management support in key projects (if needed).
    • Contribute specific analyses to aid in the construction of the marketing plan, understanding the components of the Stryker marketing strategy framework and how they fit into strategy and marketing plans.
    • Work with the Insights team and marketing team to synthesize the organization's current accumulated knowledge set and identify gaps that need to be filled to improve decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum undergraduate degree in Management/Business Administration/Business Analytics.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics & market research in any industry. Consulting experience will be a plus.
  • Competent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
  • Advanced level knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Power BI would be a plus.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be a plus.
