As a Business Insights Analyst at The LEGO Group, you will play a vital role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Our Consumer & Shopper Engagement team is dedicated to putting the voice of the consumer at the heart of everything we do.

We are seeking a skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team and contribute to our growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive surveys and contact analysis to drive consumer insights.
  • Review and analyze consumer survey data to create actionable insights and trend reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytic questions, scopes of work, and priorities.
  • Represent the voice of the consumer through contact reporting and insights that drive key business decisions.
  • Design and develop data models, reporting systems, automation, and dashboards to monitor and communicate performance metrics.
  • Present results of analytical initiatives and insight activities across the business.
Requirements:
  • Advanced ability to utilize various data sources to synthesize insights and communicate results effectively.
  • Experience working with databases, producing data analytics, reporting, and dashboards to monitor and communicate performance metrics.
  • Advanced data analytics, modeling, and visualization skills, including the use of Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with programming languages like SQL or Python is advantageous.
