About This Role:

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Commercial Relations & Projects. As a Commercial Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Managing end-to-end data projects, from data collection and analysis to reporting and insights.
  • Utilizing statistical and analytical techniques to process and interpret large datasets, drawing meaningful conclusions and identifying patterns and trends.
  • Analyzing customer and partner behavior patterns, purchasing habits, and preferences to support customer segmentation and business growth.
  • Developing and maintaining robust data practices, including documentation, versioning, and knowledge sharing.
  • Supporting ad-hoc data requests and analysis with insights and suggestions on next steps.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a commercial or business-focused role.
  • An analytical mind and business acumen, with the ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
