OBJECTIVE
  • Oversee the comprehensive product development process for life insurance offerings via direct-to-consumer and financial advisor channels.
PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Collaborate with both local and group teams to formulate yearly product strategies.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation in product development through collaborative workshops with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and negotiate with reinsurers for new product offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to the product management framework.
  • Develop product documentation and work with teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct market analysis to maintain product competitiveness.
REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of experience in the life insurance sector.
  • Essential prior experience in product management.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Thorough understanding of the life insurance landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in project management is advantageous.
