About the Role

FWD Life Insurance Corporation is a leading pan-Asian life insurance business with a strong presence in 10 markets. We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Linked Funds Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of our annual product plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate best-in-class funds and ensure ongoing monitoring and oversight to ensure their continued relevance after sale, in collaboration with the Group Office Investments team.
  • Support the team with distribution agreements with fund houses and MAS filing.
  • Support the team with trade-related matters, including fund execution platform.
  • Support BAU activities for funds, including corporate actions, fund documentation, and website maintenance.
  • Provide pre- and post-launch support to address fund-related queries from internal stakeholders, distributors, and customers.
  • Ensure strong compliance with ILP-related regulations and regulatory reporting and notifications (i.e., MAS 307).
  • Support the team in developing a strong culture of fund innovation through regular workshops with distribution partners, fund houses, customers, internal stakeholders, and reinsurers.
  • Ensure all funds plans are developed in accordance with the product and fund management framework developed by the company.
  • Provide UAT support to ensure a delightful experience for our customers and partners.
  • Support the ILP fund workstream to ensure all relevant user requirements are provided in a timely manner.
  • Support the marketing team to ensure key messages are well-articulated in the brochure or any other marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Degree in Actuarial Science, Business, or Marketing or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior knowledge or experience with life insurance products is an added advantage.
