Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer - Hardware Network

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the provision of first-line support for hardware and software issues. As a specialist, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless operations by diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Your responsibilities will include setting up new workstations, installing software applications, and configuring user accounts. You will also perform regular maintenance on hardware and software to guarantee optimal performance.

In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for maintaining meticulous records of issues, resolutions, and inventory of hardware and software assets. Furthermore, you will assist in training users on new software and technologies, offering guidance on best practices to enhance efficiency.
