Channel Partner Program Manager

You are a strategic and results-driven professional with a passion for developing and executing comprehensive global channel strategies that drive partner performance, ensure compliance, and support long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance policies, and audit processes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards to track partner performance, compliance status, and risk indicators. In addition, you will establish a framework for Fee For Service (FFS) to obtain Net Distributor Prices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our Channel Partner Program.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing global channel partner strategy and playbook for compliance and commercial alignment
  • Overseeing the selection of channel partners in regions and ensuring agreements align with channel strategy
  • Assessing and measuring outcome of Channel Partner Program by region
  • Developing and coordinating pricing discount matrix and transparency (including audits) of Channel Partners
  • Acting as primary liaison between channel partners and internal teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Finance
  • Facilitating cross-functional alignment on partner strategy, performance, and issue resolution
  • Representing company at industry events and partner forums to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence


Requirements:
  • Enforce adherence to corporate compliance policies, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and export controls
  • Setting up new CPs and owning projects regarding channel partners
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards to track partner performance, compliance status, and risk indicators
  • Understanding basics of CP application software and being able to help answer any questions for CPs
  • Establishing framework for FFS to get Net Distributor Prices
