Console Connect is a fast growing B2B technology business that enables users to self-provision direct and fast connectivity between data centres, clouds, SaaS and other business partners, using our own high-performance global network. We are now looking for a talented and ambitious Channel Partner Marketing Manager for the APAC region to join our team and drive significant growth in indirect channels.

Reporting to the AVP, Channel Marketing you will work directly with our ecosystem of channel partners to build and scale strategic marketing programs and drive new business in the APAC region. In your role you will oversee onboarding and co-marketing activities with partners, communicating the unique value proposition as a differentiator, delivering partner enablement and demand generation programs and developing the GTM proposition of partnerships.

This role forms an important milestone as we expand the Channel Marketing team in APAC and is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up marketing environment and make your mark in this fast-growing and award-winning organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the channel sales and marketing team members to drive and execute partner marketing activities.
- Work together with external stakeholders at marketing agencies and our channel partners as your extended team to co-market Console Connect solutions to partners and their target audience.
- Implement demand generation strategies designed to drive new opportunities into the pipeline, leveraging Console Connect marketing platforms.
- Member of virtual and cross-functional teams to deliver collaborative solutions for the GTM proposition, business growth and new channel on boarding.
- Work closely with the marketing communications, event, branding, demand generation and training teams to develop innovative marketing engagement plans in line with global, regional and vertical strategy
- Track and measure ROI from channel marketing programs, promotional campaigns and co-marketing activities to align with partnership goals
- On board new and cultivate existing partner relationships across our portfolio of Channel partners in APAC including MSP/SI’s, Datacentres, Cloud and SaaS Technology players, Agents and Internet Exchanges.
- Establish an ongoing cadence of partner communication and outreach, building strong connections and trust within the region
- Contribute your regional expertise in Channel to grow the team’s knowledge base and to drive the PartnerConnect programme forward

**About you**:

- 5 years of marketing and channel experience gained in the B2B telco/technology sector
- Experience in channel partner management, events, campaign management and digital marketing including knowledge of Customer Relationship Management, Partner Relationship Management and Marketing Automation platforms
- Excellent marketing planning and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget.
- Creative, structured, problem solver with excellent verbal communication skills who’s able to build collaborative relationships with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Ability to work internationally and across multiple cultures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing and able to travel including occasional international travel
