**About the Role**
Together with the Global Channel Development Team and regional sales for Industry division you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives related to Industry market with high focus on end-users via channel partners. The main focus is to identify, develop and handle initiatives, along with measuring and follow-up on these initiatives with the purpose to adapt Group strategies, motivate the business transformation, expand the opportunities in the market and impact positively the sales presence and the market coverage. In the short term the assignment is to design and deploy the Global Channel structure project, the process, tool, knowledge transfer, activation and follow up structure.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Drive the implementation of the channel management and licensed dealer concept together with the local sales and marketing teams.
- Identifying potential growth areas together with the industry business area, especially channel and G2M (Go to Market) related
- Developing and implementing optimal G2M strategies at the regional, sub-vertical level within prioritized verticals
- Propelling channel excellence within affiliated region by
- Implementing developed channel strategies in the Sales Region to transform existing and develop new channel structures in line with mission of increasing end-user centricity
- Performing reviews of regional channel mix to ensure alignment and progress tracking of defined G2M strategy implementation and degree of success
- Shaping regional usage of digital platforms for virtual selling and deciding on global viability of using an omni-channel approach (with Marketing) as route to market

**Decision competences and authorizations**
- Qualify the new channels in the scope of influence, in terms of type of channel (ex: MRO - Maintenance, Repair, Operation, dealers, partners, Digital platform, System builder, End user, other) and the customer himself.
- Expand Sales though the approved channels. mobilizing and influencing the local sales organization.

**Key Success Factors**
- Industry Division sales and growth, especially in the channel structure development area
- Channel expansion to balance end user access to the market
- Individual success factors for agreed initiatives

**Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations**
- Report to Channel Development Director in Industry Division.
- Primary Interfaces: Industry solution & marketing, industry sales staff, Internal sales, IS, ComEx teams.

**Required Qualifications**
- An innovative mindset and a personal eagerness to build-up and create results
- Geographical understanding of local ways of doing business within affiliated region, ability to converse in local languages is a plus
- Significant strategic mindset within customer management and sales with enthusiasm of building G2M (Go to Market) strategies for companies in similar industries and/or market structures
- Solid methodical skills, quantitively and qualitatively, to encourage more complex commercial evaluates
- Distinct ability to handle, cooperate, and influence multiple stakeholders and partners with good interpersonal skills, flawless communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and persistence
- High level of curiosity and inherent interest in sharing experiences to influence Regional Sales units through relationship-building and commitment towards implementation
- Creative mindset to prepare for future end-states and willingness to take on additional responsibility of potentially supporting channel GKAMs (Global Key Account) going forward
- Interest and ideally experience in promoting omni-channel strategies with B2B ecommerce development experience as major plus
