The IT CRM Business Solutions Expert role at Galderma Singapore Private Limited is a critical position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of Veeva CRM and Salesforce. The successful candidate will play a key function in supporting the company's global IT commercial and digital team by ensuring seamless system functionality and optimal user experience.

This position involves serving as the primary strategic liaison for clients regarding Veeva CRM, Network, and Align, fostering strong relationships with both local business stakeholders and the Global IT team. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and analyze business needs and challenges, translating them into detailed Veeva requirements or user stories for review in the global governance process.

The Veeva CRM Analyst and Consultant will provide expert consultation and support to local users, ensuring they maximize the value of Veeva solutions in achieving their commercial objectives. This includes maintaining data integrity within Veeva CRM and Veeva Align by executing data loads and ensuring accuracy. Additionally, the candidate will review, monitor, and document integrations with external systems (e.g., McKesson, Knipper) to ensure seamless operations.

In this role, the Global IT Commercial and Digital Specialist will manage Veeva Align configurations, including territory adjustments and Multi-Channel Cycle Plan (MCCP) setup based on business needs. They will also oversee sample lot management within Veeva and provide administrative support for the Sample Module.

The successful candidate will act as the local representative for global IT CRM initiatives, communicating upcoming Veeva updates, supporting user training, and facilitating testing of new functionalities. Furthermore, they will investigate and resolve user-reported system issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary strategic liaison for clients regarding Veeva CRM, Network, and Align
  • Identifying and analyzing business needs and challenges
  • Maintaining data integrity within Veeva CRM and Veeva Align
  • Reviewing, monitoring, and documenting integrations with external systems
  • Managing Veeva Align configurations
  • Overseeing sample lot management within Veeva
  • Investigating and resolving user-reported system issues

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess 5+ years of relevant experience in CRM (Veeva or Salesforce), excellent organizational and follow-through skills, and strong analytical skills to research and resolve discrepancies. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide support and training to users are also essential. Experience in SQL & data loading is highly desirable.
