As the Vice President of Asia Pacific, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's commercial operations in the region, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term financial and operational objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of business plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of company strategies and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles in Asia Pacific, preferably in a manufacturing industry or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of managing commercial operations in multiple Asia Pacific countries.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
