Responsibilities

  • Develop and send compelling email sequences to generate leads.
  • Use automation tools to streamline outreach efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales development, outbound marketing, or email marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads through outbound outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot).
  • A data-driven approach to tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
