Job Title: Head of ASEAN Sales

Okta, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as the Head of ASEAN Sales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our market strategy in the ASEAN region, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the ASEAN region, aligned with Okta's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets, expand customer base, and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and performance metrics to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in a second-line or third-line sales leadership role, with a focus on enterprise sales.
  • Experience in the software industry, with a strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and SaaS sales.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
