Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in ASEAN.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Manage the commercial P&L for assigned territories and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
  • Experience working with accounts in the ASEAN region is required.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with P&L exposure and management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
