About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive the growth of Gore Medical business in ASEAN countries. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy aligned with the Global Business Unit and regional strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for ASEAN countries, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
  • Review and manage effective sales channels, collaborating with Operations, Tender, Reimbursement, and Channel teams.
  • Meet or exceed sales forecasts, running a profitable territory business.
  • Develop and network with key opinion leaders, ensuring key account plans are actively pursued.
  • Determine sales channels and facilitate this process with local teams.
  • Implement customer segmentation strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with key congresses.
  • Develop and execute new business initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitive and clinical information.
  • Manage recruitment and ensure thorough induction and training of new associates.
  • Establish clear expectations for equitable and inclusive behaviors from associates.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of medical device experience, with at least 3 years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Proven team development and coaching experience.
  • Proven indirect sales channel management experience.
  • Proven key account management experience and product launch.
  • Nationwide (ASEAN) market experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

  • Ability to communicate in Thai.
