ASEAN Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to lead our business expansion in the ASEAN region. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our global business objectives and regional strategic plan.
This role will be based in our Singapore office, where you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the ASEAN market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the ASEAN region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with our operations, tender, reimbursement, and channel teams to ensure effective sales channel management and process facilitation.
- Develop and execute a customer segmentation strategy to optimize sales efforts and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in competitive and clinical information to stay ahead of the market.
- Manage the recruitment and training of new sales team members to ensure a high level of sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
