Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier enterprise customers
  • Represent and sell the entire Supermicro portfolio of products and services to large enterprise customers
  • Establish a high level of personal credibility as a trusted advisor to key client executives
  • Research and understand the client's industry and business strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client leaders, aggressively shape deals early in the sales cycle
  • Work cross-functionally with production, accounting, and RMA to keep track of assembly order schedules and expedite pending repair orders
  • Generate sales and forecasting reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Consistently achieve sales quota

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business/ Marketing/Computer Engineer/Computer Science
  • A minimum 12 years working experience in IT industries in ASEAN region
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Proven ability to effectively identify and resolve issues
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
  • Multi-task and time management skills are a must
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Speaking and Writing English and Mandarin
