About the Role:

The Edge Partnership is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Supervisor to join our team in ASEAN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing marketing and business development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the respective region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in ASEAN.
  • Manage and support distributors to create new accounts and expand into new markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve continuous growth.
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, KOLs, distributors, etc.
  • Conduct product presentations, trainings, and technical supports to customers and distributors.
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biostatistics, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or any life science related disciplines.
  • 5-8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record within the life science industry.
  • Regional key account and distributor management experience in SEA, especially Thailand.
  • Good KOL network would be an advantage.
  • Good proficiency in English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients.
  • Objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate, independent, and a good team player.
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
