Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the ASEAN region.
- Manage and support distributors to create new accounts and expand into new markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve continuous growth.
- Conduct product presentations, trainings, and technical support to customers and distributors.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers and distributors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biostatistics, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related life science discipline.
- 5-8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record in the life science industry.
- Regional key account and distributor management experience in SEA, especially Thailand.
- Good proficiency in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients.
