Job Title: Industry Sales Manager, ASEAN

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Industry Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the ASEAN region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the ASEAN region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
  • Manage a team of sales executives to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Autodesk remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the ASEAN region, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the design and manufacturing industry and the software solutions used in this market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience managing a sales team and providing coaching and guidance to sales executives.
