Cisco is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and transformation in the ASEAN region. As the Managing Director of Scale Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with Cisco's global transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer and partner requirements, market opportunities, and competitive conditions across the six ASEAN countries.
  • Engage with customers and channels to understand their needs and evolve the business to meet those needs.
  • Identify specific routes to market in each country and develop the appropriate business construct.
  • Orchestrate specialized resources to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan.
  • Scale the business constructs by RTM in the region, demonstrating the full portfolio of solutions and the volume business resources available.
  • Benchmark Cisco's Scale business against competitors and understand the key drivers for success.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure GTM execution.
  • Analyze and track business and RTM performance, providing enhancement recommendations to adjust course as required.
  • Provide direction and development to the team, while driving business results.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of sales management experience in building and managing diverse teams in a leadership capacity, preferably in sales.
  • Proven ability to drive business planning, forecasting accuracy, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive business development or program management experience; sales management or sales experience is required.
  • Ability to transition from strategic thinking to managing and solving tactical issues.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to work cross-functionally across various organizations to drive outcomes.
