Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Leisure Programs, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the Academy's mission and long-term success. Your strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and operational excellence will be essential in developing and executing plans that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the Academy's growth and enhance its reputation.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new programs, courses, and initiatives to meet market demands.
  • Drive innovation, best practices, and digital integration in operational processes and service delivery.
Marketing and Social Media
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Academy's offerings and enhance its brand visibility.
  • Oversee social media campaigns, content creation, and community engagement to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, advertisements, and online campaigns.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to optimize results.
Operational Management
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all leisure programs and events.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of facilities, resources, and personnel for program delivery.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of the Academy's operations.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and industry regulations.
Client and Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage high-level client communications, proposals, and agreements to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the leisure program team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Identify training and development needs and implement initiatives to upskill team members.
Financial Oversight
  • Develop and manage financial plans to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
  • Liaise with the finance department for invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost optimization.
Reporting and Analytics
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on operational performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze feedback, market trends, and data to guide decision-making, improve program delivery, and shape marketing efforts.
