Strategic Leader for Leisure Academy

The Leisure Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Leader to oversee the overall strategy, direction, and growth of our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, leading innovation and best practices in operational processes, and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new programs, courses, and initiatives to meet market demands and enhance the Academy's reputation.
  • Drive innovation and best practices in operational processes and service delivery.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all Leisure Academy programs and events.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of the Academy's operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5–8 years in a managerial role, preferably within education, F&B, or leisure industries.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial planning.

Preferred Skills:

  • Passion for food, education, and the chef profession is highly desirable.
