Strategic Leadership Role

The Leisure Academy is seeking a Senior Manager to drive its mission and long-term success. This critical leadership role combines strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Lead the development and implementation of new programmes, courses, and initiatives to meet market demands.
  • Marketing and Social Media:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Leisure Academy's offerings and enhance its brand visibility.
    • Oversee social media campaigns, content creation, and community engagement to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all Leisure Academy programmes and events.
    • Ensure optimal utilization of facilities, resources, and personnel for programme delivery.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Manage high-level client communications, proposals, and agreements to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Leisure Academy team.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Develop and manage the Academy's budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability.
    • Liaise with the finance department for invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Education, or related fields, with a minimum of 5–8 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within education, F&B, or leisure industries.
