We are seeking a seasoned Executive to lead our Leisure Academy, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
Job OverviewThe Senior Manager will oversee the development and execution of programs, courses, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This critical leadership role combines strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and operational acumen to drive the Academy's mission and long-term success.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead the design and delivery of new programs, courses, and services, meeting market demands and enhancing the Academy's reputation.
- Drive innovation and best practices in operational processes, service delivery, and digital integration.
- Design and execute marketing strategies to promote the Academy's offerings, enhancing its brand visibility and appeal.
- Oversee social media campaigns, content creation, and community engagement, driving audience growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertisements, and online campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Oversee program planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring optimal utilization of facilities, resources, and personnel.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and impact.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bid strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Manage high-level client communications, proposals, and agreements, ensuring client retention and growth.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Leisure Academy team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Identify training and development needs, implementing initiatives to upskill team members.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Liaise with the finance department for invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost optimization.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on operational performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze feedback, market trends, and data to inform decision-making and improve program delivery.
Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Education, or related fields required. Minimum 5–8 years in a managerial role, preferably within education, F&B, or leisure industries.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and financial planning.
Prior experience in food, education, and chef-related fields is highly desirable.
