Analyze Customer Data:

Utilize customer usage data to identify trends, potential churn risks, and opportunities for upsell or expansion.

Improve Customer Satisfaction:

Drive customer retention efforts by ensuring high satisfaction levels and proactively addressing concerns before they escalate.
