About the Position
The Proactive Customer Success Coach will focus on driving customer loyalty and growth through irresistible customer experiences. This involves proactively engaging with customers through data-driven triggered actions and responding to customer-initiated triggers.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert guidance and support to customers to help them meet their business goals.
- Work closely with sales teams and technical support to resolve customer issues.
- Capture customer success stories and identify opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
- 3 years of experience in sales, service delivery, or customer success management.
