Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, collaborating closely with Business HRBPs & COEs for all Singapore matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high-performing culture, fostering a work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and growth.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to ISO standards related to HR practices through regular audits and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

Role Requirements

  • Degree qualified with 8 years of generalist HR or HR Operations experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar industry.
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization, including leadership, influencing, and relationship-building across functions.
  • A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A self-starter who is agile, resourceful, and independent, with a passion for driving business results and making a meaningful impact.
