Senior Case Management Coordinator

The Case Management Team Lead is responsible for overseeing case management processes, ensuring timely submission, accuracy, and integrity of casefiles. This role involves conducting case supervision, mentoring junior caseworkers, and providing guidance to interns. The successful candidate will also chair monthly case conferences and support ongoing case discussions.
">Liaising with MSF and external stakeholders is a key aspect of this position, requiring effective collaboration and activation of services when required. Additionally, the incumbent will manage ECRM matters, including admissions, discharges, extensions of stay, case assignments, and follow-ups. Overseeing CANS administration, reviewing and vetting reports, and collating and submitting casework data are other essential responsibilities.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in case management or a related field;
- Diploma/Degree in psychology or a related field is an asset;
