Airline Commercial Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Airline Commercial Strategy Lead to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing airline commercial strategies to drive flight segment growth and market share within Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:- Manage and negotiate global, regional, and local commercial agreements with key airline partners to implement initiatives and strategies that drive commercial effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and potential business partners, representing the company's interests and promoting collaborative partnerships.
- Analyze complex data to drive revenue-generating actions and identify opportunities to shift market share.
- Provide in-depth analyses of competitive environments and develop proactive sales and commercial initiatives accordingly.
- Establish effective networking partnerships between new and existing contacts to support the development of innovative commercial business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Flight Product, Revenue Management, and Operational teams in Shanghai and across the APAC region.
- Bachelor's degree or above, minimum 3-5 years of commercial experience within an airline, agency, or GDS background.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven ability to blaze new paths and define innovative solutions for airline partners.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform commercial decisions.
- Proven experience leading and closing commercial negotiations and managing client relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
