Job Overview

A compelling opportunity exists for an experienced Airline Solutions Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Amadeus.

About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting product excellence by enhancing product market fit and ensuring customer and market needs are reflected in Product Marketing Management (PMM). The successful candidate will work closely with regional organizations to align sales priorities, enable timely go-to-market strategies for new solutions, and foster knowledge sharing across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain feedback loops to ensure customer and market needs are integrated into PMM.
  • Align regional sales priorities with PMM deliverables to facilitate seamless sales material delivery and promotion.
  • Drive strategic go-to-market plans for new solutions and evolve marketing mix approaches for existing solutions.
  • Cultivate knowledge sharing on the Airline Solutions portfolio and support regional sales targets.
  • Collaborate with regions to identify customer profiles for new solutions and guarantee product and market readiness.
  • Moderate PMM PI backlog candidate proposals, consolidate voting for SAFe PMM train management, and provide updates on airline retailing offerings.
  • Prepare and present quarterly sessions for regional sales teams, providing insights on activities and competitive data.
  • Support commercial upskilling of regional teams and synchronize regional priorities with PMM outcomes.
  • Coordinate regional customer events and amplify marketing campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate coordination among Revenue Operations, Regions, and Central stakeholders for Airline Solution Regional Bilats, structuring agendas, filtering topics, and preparing senior speakers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prolific experience in product marketing, partnerships, and services within the airline industry.
  • In-depth understanding of customer and market needs, coupled with expertise in translating them into product marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with regional organizations and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions.
  • Experience in sales enablement, commercial upskilling, and fostering knowledge sharing.
  • Proficiency in managing feedback loops and aligning commercial priorities with marketing deliverables.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

An estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000 annually, based on industry standards and location factors. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
