Main Responsibilities
  • Counselling Services:
    • Collaborate with students to identify goals and develop tailored plans for improvement.
    • Provide timely support and interventions to address academic, behavioural, and emotional challenges.
    • Maintain effective relationships with parents and staff to ensure comprehensive student care.
  • Training and Development:
    • Design and deliver workshops for staff to enhance their skills in managing challenging student behaviour.
    • Coordinate training sessions for parents on strategies for supporting student learning and well-being.
  • School Duties:
    • Participate in crisis management teams to provide critical support during emergency situations.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives promoting positive student outcomes.
  • Curriculum Design:
    • Collaborate with teachers to design and implement a comprehensive guidance curriculum.
    • Develop and deliver programmes that promote social-emotional learning and character development.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Counselling or related field.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling, preferably in a school setting.
    • Strong organisational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
