Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Career Guidance Specialist to develop and implement our school's guidance and counselling program. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to their academic, social, emotional, and career success.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a comprehensive guidance and counselling program that meets the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of counselling services.
- Regularly assess the impact and effectiveness of counselling initiatives through data analysis, student feedback, and outcome evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in counseling, education, or a related field, often with a focus on working with children or adolescents.
Skills: Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents, and proficiency in using technology to support counseling services.
