Job Role: Guidance Counsellor

This is a permanent role for our international school clients.

  • Develop the school's guidance and counselling program by implementing strategies and interventions to address students' diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to enhance programme delivery and ensure effective counselling services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.

The selected candidate will work closely with school staff to develop evidence-based programmes that cater to students' diverse needs.

They must also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform programme development and evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Experience in counseling, education, or a related field, often with a focus on working with children or adolescents.
  • Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques.
