About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Academic Guidance Professional to provide emotional support and conflict resolution to students. This role involves supervising primary school children, executing character development programs, and ensuring their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and conflict resolution to students in a safe and nurturing environment.

  • Supervise primary school children and ensure completion of daily homework tasks, promoting a culture of responsibility and time management.

  • Develop and execute engaging character development programs that foster students' love for learning and promote social-emotional growth.

  • Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's progress and behaviour, building strong relationships and ensuring transparency.

  • Perform administrative tasks, including sales and upkeep of centre premises, to maintain a clean and organised environment.
