Academic Support Specialist

The role involves collaborating with students to identify and implement effective solutions for achieving their goals. Students will be encouraged to express themselves freely, without fear of judgment, as the specialist observes their behaviors.

Mediating conflicts between students, teachers, students and parents, and teachers is a key responsibility in this position. Additionally, conducting individual career guidance and skills assessment sessions, providing study materials to prepare students for placement or vocational programs, and reporting potential violence or abuse against students through proper channels are critical tasks.

This full-time position comes with a standard day shift schedule. Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred, but not required. A minimum of one year's experience in academic counseling is expected from the ideal candidate. The work location is on-site.
