Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent administrative skills to provide support in sales coordination, documentation preparation, and filing of invoices.

In this role, you will work closely with the Business Operations Executive to ensure seamless administrative processes, allowing our team to focus on driving business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the Business Operations Executive
  • Preparing accurate and timely documentation, including invoices
  • Filing documents and invoices with precision and attention to detail
  • Supporting sales coordination tasks and administrative duties

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Preferably 2 years' experience in a related business administrative area (e.g., Customer Service, Order Processing, Sales Coordination)
  • Working experience in import/export or a related environment would be advantageous
  • Basic working knowledge and experience in SAP systems preferred but not mandatory

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in Microsoft Office, inventory management, invoicing, and data entry.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
