Job Summary:
The Business Administrator will play a vital role in supporting our management team by overseeing administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries.
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress and deadlines.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and information flow.
- Conduct research and provide insights to aid decision-making processes.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificates in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
