We are seeking a highly skilled Business and Financial Administrator to join our team at PREMIUM AUTOMOBILES PTE LTD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative and accounting duties with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate professional invoices for clients and prepare and process car commissions.

Update new car inventory and process new cars registration.

Perform month-end journals and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative work with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience in invoicing, inventory management and data entry with a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Able to work independently and have excellent administrative support skills.
