Senior Financial and Administrative Coordinator

Our company, FCC Singapore, is seeking an experienced professional to manage financials, administration, and HR functions for our overseas branches as a part-time Finance & Administrative Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior management in managing financial and administrative tasks
• Consolidate accounts, prepare invoices, and generate financial reports using accounting software
• Develop and implement HR practices, policies, and work culture aligned with company objectives
• Handle employee leave, benefits, and performance management
• Manage vendor relationships, communication, and expatriate administration
• Review legal documents and provide recommendations to ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent
• 6-8 years of relevant working experience with agencies
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for this role
Benefits and Salary Information:
