At Wells Fargo Bank, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the Global Markets division.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support to senior leaders in the Global Markets business. As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, email management, and document preparation.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare meeting materials, and ensure all necessary attendees are informed.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
