Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting: Manage a full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoicing, payment processing, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and GST submissions.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with due diligence and financial analysis for new investments, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent with relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior executives.
