Job Summary

As a Financial Administrator at FOUNDATION HEALTHCARE (SPECIALISTS) PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of Doctors' case logs, preparing tax invoices for billing to hospitals and clinics, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and multitasking skills will be essential in managing day-to-day account receivables transactions, verifying discrepancies, and resolving billing issues with hospitals and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Doctors' case logs, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording AR data.
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare tax invoices for billing to hospitals and clinics, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Account Receivable Management: Manage day-to-day account receivables transactions, including verifying discrepancies and resolving billing issues with hospitals and clinics.
  • Billing and Payments: Process AR and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures, reconciling the AR ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Communication: Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting hospitals/clinics, ensuring timely payments from clinics'/hospitals within agreed payment terms and reducing AR outstanding.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma qualification.
  • Experience in finance or accounting is an advantage.
  • Able to multi-task with an eye for detail.
  • Good written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Independent worker with initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned.
