Financial Administrator

As a critical member of the finance team at Raffles Commercial Management, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
You will process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents with accuracy, ensuring timely and precise completion.
Reconciliation of bank statements and support with month-end closing procedures will also be a key aspect of the role.
Additionally, you will assist the finance team with KYC processes and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Compliance with company policies and accounting regulations will be a top priority.
What You'll Bring:
A strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy will be essential in this role.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices will be required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is a must.
A willingness to learn and grow in your accounting career is also desired.
Strong organizational and communication skills will be valuable assets.
