Administrative and Financial Support Staff

BLUE STAR TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative and Accounting Staff to support the smooth operation of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a combination of administrative and accounting duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, processing invoices, tax preparation and compliance, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and QuickBooks.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both administrative and accounting roles and be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents.
Assist with accounting tasks including processing invoices, tax preparation and compliance, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Experience in both administrative and accounting roles would be prioritized.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and QuickBooks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
