We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting and Administrative Support Staff to join our team at ALPHAWAVE TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling general Accounting duties, including issuing cheque payments, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and bookkeeping. They will also assist in quarterly GST submission and annual corporate tax submission, as well as perform monthly bank reconciliation. Additionally, they will manage accounts receivables, provide general administrative support, and control and handle stock inventory.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum "O" Level or equivalent qualification certificate, at least 1.5 years of working experience in the related field, and be able to carry out assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision. Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage, and proficiency in using Excel or any accounting software is required. The candidate must also be able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:



  • Minimum "O" Level or equivalent qualification certificate
  • At least 1.5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Basic accounting knowledge (an advantage)
  • Proficient in using Excel or any accounting software
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese
