Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative and Accounts Executive to join our team at ZOOM VISUAL PTE. LTD. as a key member of our administrative and finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining the company’s financial records, including data entry, filing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing letters, mail, and bills.
  • Support the team in administering the company’s inventory, accruals, and capital structure.
  • Liaise with clients in English and Mandarin.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Relevant educational qualification, such as a degree in Accounting.
  • Fresh graduates with accounting experience or internships in the accounts field are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in ACCA and other accounting software.
