Financial Records Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative and Accounts Executive to join our team at ZOOM VISUAL PTE. LTD. as a key member of our administrative and finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the company’s financial records, including data entry, filing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing letters, mail, and bills.
- Support the team in administering the company’s inventory, accruals, and capital structure.
- Liaise with clients in English and Mandarin.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Relevant educational qualification, such as a degree in Accounting.
- Fresh graduates with accounting experience or internships in the accounts field are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Proficiency in ACCA and other accounting software.
