Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
  • Maintain office records and files
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and teams
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Financial Duties:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple entities
  • Prepare and assist with quotations
  • Prepare and process invoices
  • Maintain financial records and reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist with license application
  • Assist with on-site assistance during events and activations
  • Assist with Payroll Management
  • Coordinate with external accountants and auditors
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Requirements:

We are seeking a Diploma or degree holder in business administration, finance, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in an administrative and/or finance role. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organisational and time management skills.

Compensation:
