Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • To provide the Financial Adviser operational and administrative support such as appointment scheduling;
  • To support the Financial Adviser in the administrative aspects of his advisory business such as handling day-to-day processing of client trades;
  • Resolve any transactional and operational issues and follow-up on outstanding cases;
  • Undertaking any other adhoc projects as assigned by the Financial Adviser from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in any discipline / A-level Holders;
  • Excellent follow up, organizational and communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, proactive and have a sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure;
  • Prior experience in Financial Services will be an advantage;
  • Candidates without working experience are encouraged to apply.
