Job Objective:
You will be assume a role in Client Servicing and Account Management focused on cultivating strong business relationships with referrers, specifically car dealers.
Candidates who do not meet the qualifications for this position will be considered for the Administrative Executive vacancy in the same business unit instead.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing account management and client engagement
- Perform brief KYC checks on newly onboarded dealers
- Foster strong relationships with dealers to promote business transactions
- Cross-sell products and services from Dickson Group (DG)
- Educate dealers with workflow for product submissions to ensure seamless disbursement
- Monitor approval statuses and handle negotiation requests and feedback
- Build relationship with bankers and to work closely with them so as to keep up to-date on various banks’ guidelines
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- At least 1-year experience in the client servicing and processing role in the automotive industry
- Candidates with no experience also welcomed to apply, will be considered for Administrative Executive role instead
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
